Vintage Doll
From the estate of an avid doll collector
17" tall, very old and in need of help
We think this is called composition ... body is cloth and on her back it feels like there is a circular mechanism inside that maybe at one time you pushed to make it do something? Or maybe it made a sound? It does not do that now.
Has sleepy eyes, but they do not open when she sits up
Really old - flaking off of the hard parts of the body and metal showing through some of the fabric
This is a project piece
There is some sort of marking on back of neck but we can not make it out
Stored for years
