Vtg Composition Doll For Repair 14" Sleepy Eyes FOR REPAIR 1950's era

This pretty little doll has a lot going for her but she needs some TLC and repair work.  The arms are loose and need to be restrung but since the hands are in such poor condition I would just replace both arms.  It appears to me that someone added the hands to existing arms and did a poor job.  I don't do this kind of work so it is only a guess on my part.
She has sleepy eyes that work great and her head moves from side to side when she walks.
Wig could use some attention but might be ok.  Her teeth are secure and not a problem.
Someone made her a dress but it is rather large for her and the hat was made to match the dress.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give her an 8 because of the hands.  Simple repairs if you have the parts.
