Vtg 1957 Illinois State Normal University Redbirds Vanity License Plate Booster

Measures  10.25" x 3.75" and made of steel and apparently was owned by Richey Nelle as signed on back.  Found this plate in a local estate here in Southern Indiana.. As you can see it does have some rust issues.. But overall a good collectible plate.
Old and used so not perfect.
