Vintage Tiny Tears 1940s Character Doll 13” & Lot of Clothes Eyes Blink Jointed

Vintage Jointed Composition Girl Character Doll ~13”She has jointed shoulders and hips, blinking green eyes with eyelashes, red lips with a hole in her mouth, and curly auburn hair.
1940's "Tiny Tears" made by American Character Doll Co. - probably from the 1940-1948 era. She has a caracul wig (sheep skin).
This doll is in poor condition. Her soft plastic body has some pits and stains. Her left hand is missing fingers. The left foot is cracked and missing a piece (I have some of the pieces). Her right shoulder is torn at the top with a bandaid over it.Her basque head and face has stains. Her head has 'Character' marking at the base. Her hair is missing in places. There is a crack along the corner of her left eye.
She has clothes with her as shown. Several appear handmade. All are stained. There is a satin floral dress with an organza yolk and collar with one snap closure. The panties have lost stretch in the elastic. A beige lightweight cotton dress with some gauzy accents and collar, missing closures. A gingham blue check dress with puff sleeves and a tie and snap closure. A blue corduroy swing coat with collar and no closure. There is also a homemade Christmas flannel skirt with a stretched elastic waist.
