Vintage Original Matching Set Of 1946 Illinois WWII Wartime Era Soy Cardboard / Fiberboard License Plate 1493-699
These were issued during wartime due to the shortage of metal.
The license plates are in Great condition for their age showing some areas of scratching and age wear - they have not been cleaned.  Photos show condition
