Get ready for the nightmares to begin with this lovely lady doll! Just teasing... it's harmless. The doll has an interesting paint job, not sure if someone repainted this or if that’s how it was made. The eyes (I believe are glass) move in the direct you move the doll and open and close. It has what appears to be real human hair. The body is molded thick paper and the limbs seem to be plaster over possibly papier-mâché. The back of the neck is stamped La pupa Italy Napoli. It has what I think was a noise maker in the stomach. It works when taken out and shaken. It’s kind of a squeeky laught sound. You will get the clothing that is pictured. She had them on when I bought her but it appears someone handmade them for her and they aren’t that old.
