Vintage Doll, Hard Head, Cloth Body, Wig, Blue Sleep Eyes, 2 Teeth, Red Mouth & Tongue, 20" Tall, Rubber Limbs, Original Clothes. Marked on back of her head 560. May have other marking, but they are difficult to read. Has a non-working crier.
Might be a "MAMA DOLL". She has been one of my favorites from my personal doll collection. She was purchased from the HILLSVILLE, VA FLEA MARKET held every Labor Day weekend. I purchased her and the Doll Rocking Chair that she is sitting 30 years ago. Rocking Chair is not for sale.
Her Original Clothes include a silk-like Dress and matching Cap. The Dress fastens in the back with 3 Buttons with Buttonholes. Her petticoat is clean and fastens in the back with a Gold colored safety pin. Her Shoes are white, oil cloth and have replaced shoe strings which are elastic thread.
She has some cleaning that needs to be done to her rubber limbs. Although her wig is Good, it could use some more curls. Her dress has a few holes that have been repaired. New bottoms have been added to her Original shoes. Her socks have been replaced and are new.
