Vintage COMPOSITION/CLOTH DOLL;UNMARKED,21”,sleep eyes,crier works;beautiful. condition is used
DESCRIPTION: let’s start off by saying what I did do to the doll; I removed her existing Crier and replaced the Bello mechanism and re-installed the existing Crier back in the doll. please look at all the pictures carefully so you can follow along with the description. The doll has not been repainted or repaired there are no cracks but yes there is some slight crazing and some slight paint loss. she is jointed at her shoulders and at her hips and her head is jointed on a chest plate. her eyes open and close very easily and she still has all her original eyelashes and you still see most of her painted upper and lower eyelashes; and you still see her eyebrows painted eyebrows she has an open mouth with showing three teeth and felt tongue. She is jointed at her shoulders and at her hips and her head is jointed to a chest plate which is attached to the cloth body. The cloth body does show some stains and there is a number five stamped on the back I do not know what that means. her fingernails are painted I’m pretty sure by the manufacturer. She comes dressed in a beautiful vintage outfit -yellow panties trimmed in white lace ,beautiful slip that’s also covered in lace and her yellow swiss Dot Dress trimmed in blue stitching ,Her matching Bonnet that also has the blue stitching on the edge of the white ruffle , her vintage socks and her black leather shoes that are not vintage please do not hesitate to ask any questions and she comes from a home where nobody smokes.
