PLEASE READ! You are buying as is! Please ask any questions before bidding. I am not a dealer or a shop owner just a doll lover downsizing in retirement. I’ve had this little cutie in my collection for a long time as I purchased her at an auction. She comes with a handmade vintage quilt and a handmade doll cradle. She still has her original topsy twigs of hair. She is unmarked and is still in her original paint. The eyes look like they may have been touched up with a light brown later. She still has all of her fingers and toes although the paint has flaked away from many of them. Her head has lots of rubs from aging and her body exhibit many rubs in the joint areas there is some minor crazing on the hands and legs but the head and the body seem to be fine. She wears a little all in one jumpsuit with elasticize legs puffy sleeves and a ruffle collar. It has a snap closing and it’s still bright in color with just one tiny stain on the front. The elastic in the legs has lost its stretchiness and there is a few pulled threads in the crotch. The 17” x 17” quilt was handmade on a machine out of many vintage cotton fabrics. I recognize many of them from my childhood. A unique and rare find.. The cradle is 13 inches long and 6 inches wide and has vintage stencils on each end. The stencil of the lamb is the exact same one I had on my doll cradle as a child. Well-made and sturdy and In used and played with condition. If you should win this auction please pay within three days and thanks so very much for reading.
