Vintage 1986 Illinois 50th Anniversary Police Benevolent Assoc License Plate #82

This auction is for a Vintage Illinois Land of Lincoln 50th Anniversary Policemen's Benevolent & Protective Association License Plate. The license plate is over three years old per Ebay's license plate auction requirements. It is expired and is being sold as collectible only. I will describe the plate:
Land of Lincoln in raised blue letters on middle top
50th Anniversary, The Benevolent logo and October 3-5 Moline, Illinois in flat blue letters/numbers in middle right side
82 in blue numbers raised on left middle
19 Illinois 86 in raised blue letters on bottom middle
Galvanized steel plate
Plate is bent/warped. Plate has scratches and wear. Wear around screw holes. Dents and dings. Edges have wear and some bubbling from coating. Plate itself has some marks/lines/bubbling from the coating. Rear of plate is silver and it has wear, marks and scratches as well.
