Victorian Style Handcrafted Composite Christopher Boy Doll Signed By Artist 1980

Offered for sale very charming, handsome young boy doll. It is handcrafted Victorian style boy figurine dressed in a Victorian coat and knee length pants. I believe that outfit is made of painted corn husk or some other special paper. The head,hands and legs are made of some composite material, corn husk glued and shaped with some polymer. Face, hands and legs are sculpted and hand painted. The boy has straight light hear, green eyes , pink cheeks and lips. Very cute face.The legs are nicely shaped showing tens and muscles of a young person. Proportional doll, it is  7.5" tall, made during 1980. On the back doll is signed by artist. I am not able to read artist's name, it looks like M. Fogelyn or something similar. Please see all my pictures, try to research and identify the artist. Any suggestion or help regarding artist identification is greatly welcome. Doll is in very good condition. This doll came from the estate of an excessive folk art collector.
