Unidentified Unmarked Vintage 14” Composition Doll

Vintage unmarked composition 14” Doll.
Face paint is well preserved except one of her eyebrows and upper lashes are faded. Sleepy eyes mechanism is working. Real upper lashes. Her eyes are clear. Her hair seems to be in original (?). Glue residual underneath of her wig.
Head and body have some marks and flaking.
Outfit seems to be not original; missing soles to both shoes.
