April 1973 nationwide tour of Germany in support of the
Shoot Out at the Fantasy Factory
album, the band’s sixth studio album, produced by Steve Winwood and released in February 1973. Presented by Lippmann+Rau, the tour commenced at the Circus Krone in Munich on 3rd April and ended at the Musikhalle in Hamburg on 10th April, 1973. Special guests on this tour were Amazing Blondel, an English acoustic progressive folk band, who, like Traffic, were also recording for Island Records. The band's fifth album,
Blondel
, also released in 1973, actually features Steve Winwood on bass. The poster features uncredited artwork by Günther Kieser.
The poster measures 59.9 x 83.5 cm (approx. 23.6 by 32.9 inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, uncoated paper stock. In near excellent unfolded and unmarked condition
