    TIT WRENCH VINTAGE PROMOTIONAL CLEAR VINYL STICKER. This is a promotional sticker from back in 1990 or so; I almost probably received it included with a mailorder from Vinyl Communications. The sticker measures approximately 4.5" x 3.5".  From what I can tell, the sticker is still 'sticky'. However, please purchase this item with an 'AS IS' collectible mindset since I can not guarantee the quality of a sticker that is 33+ years old.
