This is a promotional t-shirt for the THE's 1989 release of Infected, in the U.S. The front features the devil masturbating into his mouth. Originally the artwork for the album cover, the art was withdrawn, and a more commercially acceptable cover was released. The shirt is a vintage, licensed, silk-screened, single stitched, four-color, 100% cotton, Medium, TeeHaus shirt. The shirt is one-sided, except that the THE versus the World is screened onto the left shoulder. The artwork was designed by frontman Matt Johnson's brother, Andy.
Pit to pit 18" Neck to hem 26" collar to hem 30" This is a very long shirt.
This is from a huge collection of vintage, licensed t-shirts from a closed record store, that have been in storage for over 30 years. They have never been worn or washed but may be a little dusty. There are used copies of this shirt on eBay for 0. This one is brand new.
