    Description

Royal Highlanders, Black Watch buttons, WW2 Pattern
Nice group of buttons for the Royal Highlanders, the Black Watch. This grouping includes 7 small size (3/4 inch) buttons for the pockets or epaulettes, and three large (1 inch) buttons for the front of a uniform.  All the small buttons are made by Buttons LTD in Birmingham. Two of the large buttons are by Gaunt in London, and the last one is made by Smith & Wright LTD also in Birmingham.
These are the gilt brass buttons of the post 1934 pattern which omits the words "Royal Highlanders, The Black Watch" around the edge. This pattern continues to the present day.
Perfect to replace missing buttons on a tunic, or for use with a blazer or other application.
Yet another box with an eclectic mix of stored items has surfaced.
This one has some old US coins, more car parts, some military items, a few 12 inch GI Joe figures and accessories, some cell phones and electronic items, men’s and women’s clothing items among other things. Please check all my other auctions for items of interest. Thanks for looking!
