Just darling, this wonderful pair was a great find at a doll auction! Both are custom dressed for a formal wedding. He has tails and a top hat, she has a netted dress with a  veil and 30" train. He has molded red hair and she has a long brown mohair wig.
Adorable hand painted faces with sweet smiles and side glancing google eyes. The arms are jointed at the shoulder, legs are not. My best estimate is they are from the 1930's or 40's. This pair will be one you will treasure.
They look to be in good to very good condition. His head has some crazing but not much on the actual face. The paint looks fine as are the hands and fingers. The costumes look really good,  I love his hat and her long train. Her face is a little dirty, I did not try to clean it.
