This is a great camera and I have taken great care of it.  All functions work properly.
There are a few small blemishes to the finish and there is a single scratch on the LCD screen (shown in photo) that happened the one time I tried astrophotography and laid the camera back-down on a rough surface.  It is not visible during screen use and it in no way affects the images taken.
The extended grip helps make the camera easier to hold when using larger lenses.  And the battery grip provides extra custom buttons along with the ability to double the battery capacity which is especially useful for video.
The lightweight nature of Micro-four-thirds cameras and lenses makes this a system that delivers high quality while being lightweight and easy to carry.
