    DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
    Up for sale is a  mechanical character bottle stopper. I think it is German. The head is plastic.
    There is a small chip on the edge of the hat. Also some paint loss on one of the lapels. Please review the photographs and email me if you have any questions or want additional photographs.
    I mainly sell used older items including antiques, collectibles and oddities so please expect some signs of wear from use. I will identify or describe any unusual or notable wear and damage in the description of the item or in the photographs but please email me if you have specific concerns I have not addressed.
