in black
lettering.
This is
a very unique plate if you are into these
specialty
or
commemorative
plates.
No wear
around top bracket holes. A few pin dots on background that may come off with a
better scrubbing.  Right side edge has some of the navy rubbed off.
I see no scratching..  No denting
.
