Originally used by municipal vehicles and polices cars. Popular collectable. Plate is in nice condition.  Rust around edges, bolt holes, and plate front. No extra nail holes. Nice orange color with white numbers and letters. M-plates were used on vehicles owned by municipalities, including police cars. They are popular with both collectors and vintage car owners.
