This antique composition figure of Charley McCarthy is 15 ¼" tall and is signed on the neck CARNEVAL NOV CO. I have had no luck in finding info or if the word Carneval is correctly spelled or attributed. The paint is flaking in an equally random manner § tight, solid, solid and structurally sound. The face has good paint and has fared better than the rest of the figure. Some hardened separation but no real issues other than age.
