Baby doll Brown /Black colored Vintage composite material doll

Description

For sale is a vintage baby girl doll toy and a couple pieces of clothing.  A
bout 9" long and
weighs around 1/2 pound
.
Rougher shape with some surface damage, holes and missing hair. Seems to be made of a composite/ plaster type material but am unsure.
The clothes (2 pieces) are creased and dirty- the doll had them on but I took them off to see the condition.  The top ties on and the bottoms were attached with a couple staples.  The doll has movable arms and legs and fixed eyes. Has a couple tufts of hair (may have been added later) but another is missing.  No makers name found and unsure of her age.
