Using Guide:

I suggest you try the child setting for more than 2 weeks firstly, then you can use other strength level modes, it will help you reduce the number of bleeding gums.
2, Please don't aim the spray hole at your gums. it will hurt your gum. You should aim the spray hole at your teeth and between your teeth, it will wash away the tartar, dental stains, and food residue on your teeth.
