Beautiful antique composite baby doll with working sleepy eyes.  Adorable vintage outfit which has been laundered... looks great.  I think her hair was added as she has porcelain hair....she may be a candidate for restoration.    Surely she belongs in your collection....sorry I don’t know much about dolls to tell you more.
