This is a precious 21" large, unmarked Antique All Composition Baby Doll with Open and Close E
yes and eyelashes. Her head swivels, and her arms and legs are moveable with metal mechanism inside joints.
She comes with antique checkered dress, which has a little safety pin back closure, an antique organdy gathered slip, and an antique underwear suit which has some age stains, mostly in the area where the legs join with the metal mechanism.
She has an area on the lower back of her head, and also the bottom of one foot, where the composition is missing and could use fill in or professional repair.
Her back shows evidence of a non-working cry box inside.
Composition dolls have been made sine the 1800's.
