26" DOLL PARIS DOLL CO. PEGGY Walker, Crier ALL Composition Doll

IT OCCURS TO ME that I will not live forever.
There's no way I can get to all my dolls! I do Hazel Twigg dolls (surely you've heard of me! Har. Yes, it's been awhile, but I will be back! Eventually) and I'm rather slow. So in the hope of finding these girls new homes, I'm putting them out there. Some are in better shape than others, all have been very loved! Keep an eye on my auctions over the next several weeks.
Finally, I found someone to fit the large vintage Saran wig I've had forever! This is a 26" Peggy Walker by the Paris Doll Company. I just removed the bobby pins from the wig setting. When the wig is attached and "settles down" a bit, she'll look even better. I found a pretty vintage dress - possibly older than she is, and possibly originally for a little human - for her to wear. It's sweet cotton organdy with a little embroidered collar. It has some rust spots here and there, but otherwise is in good shape. These are the shoes and socks she arrived in, and I didn't want to mess with taking them off. Her feet feel fine beneath.
As you can see, she needs some work, but her eyes are nice and clear and she has full lashes. Her teeth are a loose and her head and arms need restringing. Her walking mechanism still works fine.
I missed photographing an indentation in the top of her head about the size of a nickle with a little hole in the center about the size of a pencil eraser.
