    21" Foreign Costume Madeira Doll
    c1920
    This lovely doll is of cloth and papier mache. The arms and body are stuffed with straw and the legs are cotton stuffed. She has a swivel neck and wire jointed shoulders and hips. Blue glass sleep eyes. Black mohair wig is in good condition. Good facial and lip color.
    Markings: Madeira stitched on sleeve.
    Condition: Overall, good condition. A few craze lines to paper mache head. Oil spot on left foot.
    Clothes: She's wearing all of her original clothes. Faded and dingy.
