20thC KPM Berlin Porcelain Figural Bottle Stopper Porzellan Flaschenkorken

For sale is
a figural bottle stopper made by KPM in the late 20th century . A really nice piece that is more well balanced than the ones with a cork attached and probably longer lasting as well. The top is formed by a miniature bust of Frederick the Great ( Friedrich II ) - King of Prussia from 1740 to 1786. The bottom is a metal cone shaped piece with a rubber piece in the center to seal the bottle more securely. The piece is in perfect condition! Marked in the back with the under glaze blue KPM under a scepter modern mark as shown. The porcelain part is 3.375 inches tall, 2 inches wide and 1.375 inches deep. The metal part is an additional 2.375 inches long and it is 0.875 inches in diameter at the top.
