    1994 - 2010 ILLINOIS SPECIAL EVENT "BALLOON FEST" LICENSE PLATES ALL WITH THE SAME NUMBER, 2004 - 2010 HAVE NEVER BEEN USED AND ARE STILL IN THE ORIGINAL WRAPPING WITH THE REGISTRATION. If you are a collector of license plates, especially special event you may not want to pass this one up. All (34) plates have the same number and (7) pairs of them have never been opened. Most lie flat, a handful are racked a little, no bends in any of them. Plenty of pictures show the overall appearance. Please add .00 for shipping in the lower 48 United States only.
