2 GOO GOO Google Eyed Dolls Boy Girl Twins Dutch Shies Ralph A Freundlich. A pair of twins ..maybe Jack & Jill? Dutch children? FREUNDLICH GOO-GOO EYE DOLLS !
The company ceased operation in 1945. Nonetheless, it’s a rare find to have a pair of these dolls would be fun.
Though unmarked, we believe these to be Ralph A Freundlich Goo-Goo eyed dolls circa 1930’s.
Dolls measures16” to bottom of wooden clogs. Has a flesh color cloth body with square hands(no finger detail). Straw and cotton stuffed. Composition head with molded brown hair. Google eyes works with floating black disc pupils (goo-goo eyes). Closed mouths painted rosebud lips and full round pudgy cheeks! Wired poseable legs and they can stand on their own without stands. Wooden clogs are in good condition. The boy has a chip on the back of his head. The girl has some damage to face as shown in picture. Their clothes show their age and I can not say if original or not.  Sold as-is and as shown in pics.
