as president. Mr. Bennett was in the mining business as well - I have seen his signature a number of times on mining stocks.
Ault, Colorado is in Weld County. The town population was 1519 in the 2010 census. Named after
Alexander Ault
who owned a flour mill. The town was first incorporated in 1904.
The certificate was printed by A. S. Carter of Denver - I have not seen this printer before.
The Colorado state shield is shown on the front, surrounded by buildings with smokestacks, and of course, lots of mountains. The reverse contains another (different variation) Colorado seal printed in orange I have not seen before.
